The Journey

Antonio Dixon is a highly accomplished music producer, songwriter, composer, and executive, with numerous prestigious awards such as Grammy, Stellar, Dove, ASCAP, and an NAACP Image Award. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Antonio’s musical influences cover a wide range of genres, including R&B, gospel, pop, country, hip-hop, and dance music.

Antonio’s passion for music started early in life. He began playing drums at his local church when he was just eight years old and soon developed an affinity for the piano, where his melodic talent and songwriting abilities flourished.

During his time attending Hampton University, Antonio refined his musical skills and was fortunate to be mentored by industry giants like Teddy Riley, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Raphael Saadiq, Percy Bady, and Brian McKnight.

After relocating to Los Angeles, Antonio signed with EMI Music Publishing under the guidance of Sony Music Publishing Chairman “Big” Jon Platt. He has since collaborated with top names in the music and film industry, including The Underdogs and Babyface, achieving remarkable success and earning numerous accolades.

Antonio has written and produced songs for iconic artists such as Aretha Franklin, Janet Jackson, Toni Braxton, Michael Bolton, Babyface, Johnny Mathis, and Barbra Streisand, as well as contemporary stars like Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Smokie Norful, Mary Mary, and Chris Brown. His extensive film and TV credits include contributing music to Dreamgirls, Shark Tale, Anchorman 2, Bad Boys II, and The New Edition Story, among others.

Antonio continues to collaborate with a wide range of artists and works on various TV and film projects around the world.
